Day 2 - Spaghetti with Dandelion Sauce and Meatballs

                  Breadcrumbs $1.00
                  Freshly diced parsley $1.00
                  Salsa Verde Homemade - Free from a friend.
Herbal Iced Tea - Free, harvested from last year's mint, lemon balm, and lavender.

Total cost for 4 servings = $11.72

Mix the meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, and salsa verde well. Pull of 3 tbls at a time and roll into balls in between your palms. Place twenty at a time on a cooking sheet and bake at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, or until browned. Boil pasta until cooked but still firm. Toss in olive oil or Sunflower Seed Oil. Roll meatballs into sauce and warm. Dish and serve with buttered bread, salad, and iced tea.
