Shredded chicken. (boil, cool, shred)
Chopped flat leaf parsley, fresh cracked pepper, dried peppers and onions, flake salt, minced garlic and hot pepper of your choice, seasoned as you like.
Stir in 3/4 cup of mayonnaise. Sprinkle dry Coleman's Mustard and Old Bay Seasonings on top.
